It looks like your request concerning scene photographs includes photographs taken by OCME. By extension, I expect that you are also including the 360 scan. Please confirm if this reading is correct. Please also confirm whether your request is intended to last only for the duration of any federal investigation, or whether you intend the restriction on disclosure to be permanent. I note also that, if we receive a court order (including a court-ordered subpoena) for the unredacted file, we will notify you so that you can seek to preserve any investigative confidentiality, but we comply with court orders.
