I am informed that the VTC occurred in a room between Ms. Maxwell's isolation cell and day room. Yesterday, I was informed of the following- "Unfortunately there are no VTCs on East SIM. You may reach out to and for further assistance in this matter." am requesting that videoconferences be arranged for Ms. Maxwell or provide explanation for review by the Court.
