Dear Judge Nathan:
We represent
the independent administrator of the Epstein Victims'
Compensation Program. In response to the Court's order, dated November 22, 2021, denying
otion to quash Maxwell's subpoena to her and ordering production of the
subpoenaed documents, we are making an initial production of documents on the enclosed,
password-protected thumb drive. We are sending the password to Chambers by email.
The documents in this production consist of claim forms and narratives, determination
letters, payment records, and releases executed by the four individuals identified in the subpoena.
Please note that we have redacted the documents in accordance with Federal Rule of Civil
Procedure 49.1(a).
We will make another production as soon as possible. We are available should the Court
have any questions.
Respectfully submitted,
EFTA00102322
