Additionally, the guards' scapegoat defense has only gotten stronger since they were arrested due to the continuing dysfunction at MCC. Qs: Can I please get the ages of and =? Any insight/background into the decision to offer the deferred prosecution agreement? Also, can you tell me if my source is wrong about this: the DPA has been discussed for quite a while. At one point, there was a suggestion that as part of the deal and would agree to sit down with AG Barr himself. At another point, there was a suggestion as part of the deal and would agree to sit down with Epstein's family. I was skeptical about both but would appreciate any insight you can provide.
