I was in an intense mediation yesterday and did not even read your email until you corrected it. Also, I did speak to today and she indicated that she would not want to testify at trial, because she wishes to protect her privacy. She would ,however, like me to keep her informed about any plea. I look forward to hearing from you when you are in a position to share information on that subject, if a plea will be accepted in lieu of a trial.
