Thanks, From: Sent: Wednesday, April 29, 2020 10:25 AM To: Subject: Whistleblower Complaint Good morning, FYI- A colleague of mine had received a complaint from an employee at the MCC NY a couple weeks back alleging misconduct by management from the MCC NY. The complainant provided a letter specifically naming Warden Vitale, and other members of the executive staff at the MCC NY for violations including mistreatment of inmates as it relates to the "lockdown" and incidents of nepotism. The OIG management at the NYFO/HQ requested that we share this information to the USAO-SDNY that have been involved in the Epstein matter and the lockdown matter to determine if there are any concerns on if/how this new complaint couldpotentially have an impact on the ongoing criminal matters. David has informed your colleague, who advised that she would be briefing her management about this situation. If you ave any questions, feel free to give me a call.
