Suarez advised that Rodriguez rents the El Cristo restaurant located at 8th Street, Miami, Florida and had been previously employed at another restaurant. At the conclusion of the interview, and at the request of Alfredo Rodriguez, Rodriguez' Chevrolet Trailblazer, Florida tag was released to Suarez.
