Specifically, the surveillance footage with bates number CH0080_20190809215956 reveals that she began the count at approximately 10:29 and completed the count at approximately 10:35:59. If you would like to retrieve this footage, please contact the government. Furthermore, we will be requesting a copy of the transcript generated based upon the recorded interview, the audio recording of the interview, and a copy of your final report of Tova Noel's interview. We may also request the same materials as it relates to the Michael Thomas interview. If possible please forward a copy of the FOIA request form.
