Email review with regard to key search of Reyes: During the review on July 28, 2019, I was able to identify the attached email sent from the USMS to a number of BOP employees on August 8, 2019. As you will notice, it was sent to the following individuals: son The email also included a few Bcc's that are not shown in the attached email and not listed above. I have to draft a report showing our findings related to our email review with regard to your production and the search criteria related to Efrain Reyes. However, a number of these people who received this email on August 8, 2019, were not among the emails produced. Do you know what would have caused their exclusion from the production? But to be clear, we located this email from the following people: Therefore, we are missing the email from at least the following individuals, and possibly more due to the Bcc function: EFTA00122385 Requested all emails for the five (5) above listed individuals from August 5, 2019, through August 16, 2019? responded: appears to be a GEO employee, so he's not ours. separated from the agency in July 2019, so I assume anything sent to him never arrived.
