FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION Oflo Date of entry 12/23/2019 On August 26, 2019 at approximately 1433 hours, the undersigned, along with Special Agent of the Office of the Inspector General, Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Assistant United States Attorneys for the Southern District of New York and did interview Federal Bureau of Prisons correction guard , date of birth 01/10/1982, at the Southern District of NY. informed that he has been a Bureau of Prisons guard since 2016 and has always been stationed at the Metropolitan Correctional Center. provided information as to various guard duties and responsibilities including the proper way to do counts and rounds. is currently assigned to "control". was not working or at the MCC at the time of Epstein's discovery and death and stated that he has heard no rumors or information relating to Epsetein or the incidents that transpired prior to or directly after Epstein was discovered. Further, informed that he never really had any interaction with Epstein as an inmate. The interview concluded at 1453 hours.
