Dear Judge Torres,
I would like to write you to make sure that the FBI and OIG interviews in regards to
inmate Lopez, S. 15934-014 and Correction Officer
and mare
released in
discovery. The government would not want these records of interviews released maybe
because it would hurt their prosecution. Some of this is related to the destruction of records
related to the case that was done in the Warden's complex area by the Bureau of Prisons "after
actions team" that was sent to the jail to investigate the Epstein death that week. Inmate
Lopez witnessed the shredding of large amounts of documents and
' t
as ordered by the
BOP after actions team. The shredding was reported to OIG agent I
via email from
Correction Officer a.
Inmate Lopez declared on August 15 and 16 2019 "they are
shredding everything". Inmate Lopez was interviewed on the 3rd floor of MCC NY by agents
and SIS Lt. a.
I consider myself a whistle blower and I would like the protections afforded
me under the law. I work at MCC NY. I do not feel comfortable reporting this to OIG because
OIG knows about this and may be covering it all up.
