Page 52: There were postings up in the SHU, on Epstein's cell door and on the OIC desk, saying that Epstein required a cellmate. On page 58, he said he didn't know if the signs stayed up after was assigned. But then on page 59, he said that the note was up on the OIC's desk on August 80, and everyone working in the SHU would have been able to see that note. It may have been written on colored paper.
