GS-5 - $48,162 and GS-6 - $50,790 4. Pls provide MCC Inmate count weekly for past 5 years (fiscal or calendar, your choice). Friday, 8/9/19 - 4pm-12am; 21 post, 20 staff present. Saturday, 8/10/19 - 12am-8am; 19 post, 18 staff present. 6. What 3R bonuses are being offered at MCC NY? How many staff have received them the past two FYs? How many current staff have received 3R bonuses? Recruitment, retention and relocation incentives and student loan repayment are offered. During FYs 17 and 18, 3 employees received incentives. During FY 19, 13 employees received incentives. No additional positions were requested; 25 additional P01A positions were provided. 8. Does MCC New York generally use augmentation or overtime to address staffing shortages? We assume both. Does BOP have a rough breakdown of the usual split between the two? Yes, they use both; providing documentation will require significant work/research by MCC staff. 9. Do you track mandatory vs. voluntary OT at MCC NY? If so, pls provide breakout of usage by PP this FY or readily available time period. (Is voluntary OT vs. mandatory OT coded differently in NFC?
