The provision regarding back end is so off base, I suggest we address the other issues like price and term first. Also lease note that needs to reserve quite a few rights so she can proceed with her intended business goals of a podcast, Ted Talk, speaking engagements, and unscripted projects. Most importantly, if a creative work based on her book (only) is to be made, she needs creative input and approval so her life and those of her family are not distorted for the sake of the project..
