Effectively immediately, when Epstein returns to the U.S. he will be placed in custody, right now he is believed to be in France. We will need to be in stand-by mode for the next several days with a plan in place to effect the arrest, execute a search warrant at his residence in NYC, and interview co-conspirators. In addition, we will need 2 agents to immediately deploy to Florida to serve subpoenas and attempt to interview 1 - 3 individuals in Florida.
