Type of Operation : Arrest Description of Operation : Epstein is presently out of the country and scheduled to return to the US through Teterboro Airport at 5:20 PM on July 6, 2019. Upon his return, CBP will detain him at the airport. Agents and NYPD detectives will coordinate with FBI Newark and CBP, then respond to effect the arrest of Epstein. Once Epstein is in custody, a search warrant for his premises in New York will be sworn out. Agents and NYPD detectives will knock and announce their presence at the subject premises.
