The judge is in San Juan today on training with limited availability, returning to St. Thomas tomorrow. The judge will advise today if there are any changes to be made and the case agents will meet the judge at chambers tomorrow to sign the warrant. We are not likely to find out whether or not the SW has been signed until late tomorrow. We are expecting the trip to proceed as planned, however, if for some reason the warrant is not signed by Sunday morning we may re- evaluate traveling.
