Thanks, From: Sent: Monday, July 06, 2020 10:25 PM To: Subject: Epstein Evidence status I'll have to count again, but sometimes it looks like 1 item is 2 since we count the laptop and the drive inside. As far as outstanding, I think you are correct. The time line on the other stuff is dependent on things cooperating. Could go faster, don't think it will go slower. Everything else is complete. Is that accurate, did I miss anything? Also, on the relativity file dump are you still anticipating it being complete in 1 to 1 and a 1/2 weeks? You will note that there were several non-evidentiary items included to try to close the discrepancy that the US Attorney's Office is concerned about. Keep in mind, my status of the other day was only the items I have touched, and not meant to be an exhaustive inventory of the case. Many times there are items that are collected and categorized as digital evidence that is done so in error. In particular, there were 9 hard drives that were collected in the apartment in NY that were 3 duplicates of 3 drives, so in fact there were only 3 drives to process, not 9. There were also several voice recorders collected that CART can't process, as well as 10 CDs that were software install disks and therefore contained no user data. If you have any questions about the content attached, please let me know. NYO CART Coordinator Senior Forensic Examiner (office) (cell) EFTA00148220
