I know the transmittal states that footnotes will not be in the final report. For example, on page 250 (OPR-#455193-v1- DRAFT_REPORT_FINAL_PDF - Part Two — Page 18) in the footnote multiple FBI serials of victim interviews are referenced. While no victim names are referenced (except the one whc I just wanted to clarify that the actual FBI serials of victim interviews were not released publicly. Otherwise, after a review, I do not see anything that would impact the 7a response.
