Now that has her own children, her relationship with her mother has become worse. thought that her mother was damaged and wondered if her mother had been abused herself. When was a child, felt that her mother wanted her children to be special and great. mother pushed the idea on and her siblings sometimes. was not sure if all of her siblings got into showbiz because their mother wanted them to be famous. father was famous in Sweden. mother wanted her children to be special and famous for her. This may have affected how mother viewed EPSTEIN. mother told her to always be grateful to EPSTEIN and that EPSTEIN wanted to hand out with her for a reason. As EPSTEIN's conduct became worse, in terms of the sexual abuse on did not have a sense that she could tell anyone. mother is middle Eastern we were to do what we were told as a woman (page 4), even if they are beating you. felt that she could not say anything. EFTA00153705 EPSTEIN's brother reminded her recently that when was 13 years old their mother smacked her for telling her guidance counselor about her father. The first sexual encounter with EPSTEIN, completely froze. EPSTEIN went about his business afterwards like everything was normal. thought that she could not tell anyone; had to bury it. stated, "It was horrifying, but they normalized everything so it was ok." MAXWELL helped a lot with normalizing everything and made it seem like "this was just what people do". Right away MAXWELL took on a sister role to saying something like, "I'm like your big sister." MAXWELL made it all seem normal. MAXWELL and would have conversations; MAXWELL teased about boys at school. MAXWELL told "Once you have a guy, he is grandfathered in." stated this was "cheeky big sister wisdom". MAXWELL also took bra shopping. At first, thought that MAXWELL and EPSTEIN were a couple, then she thought they were married, then she thought MAXWELL was EPSTEIN's assistant. MAXWELL and EPSTEIN's relationship was sometimes unclear. Some of the "grooming process" with them happened prior to when any sex act happened. There was bra shopping, going to the movies, hanging by the pool. MAXWELL was EFTA00153706 topless by the pool; she made it normal. This was early on when knew MAXWELL — approximately a month of meeting her. The first time witnessed other girls, who were older than her, topless by the pool was when she was 14 years old. The movie theaters where EPSTEIN and MAXWELL took was in Palm Beach or West Palm Beach; it was a close drive from EPSTEIN's home. They were normal movie theaters but not nice movie theaters. They would go to earlier shows, around 5:00 pm, and somewhat empty when they went. Sometimes other girls also went to the movies with them. EPSTEIN would not buy candy or popcorn; EPSTEIN was very careful with his diet and he pushed that on and others as well. knew she could not ask for candy or popcorn because EPSTEIN "fat shamed" people. could not recall how they bought tickets; EPSTEIN may have had the house manager buy the tickets ahead of time. had a memory of EPSTEIN handing out the tickets prior to them going into the movie theater. There were no couches in the movie theater. would not sit right next to EPSTEIN; EPSTEIN would be the one to decide where everyone would sit. The first sexual encounter occurred in the pool house. The next sexual encounter occurred in either the bedroom or the massage room. There was some period of time where the sexual encounters were only with EPSTEIN. After time, MAXWELL became involved in the sexual encounters; was not sure when exactly MAXWELL became involved. The first time MAXWELL was involved in the sexual encounters with EFTA00153707 EPSTEIN and there were two other girls there as well; it was all very casual. recalled two women, and M, who would join in. In the first instance, MAXWELL guided it, but other girls knew the routine. Sometimes, it started with EPSTEIN wanting a massage then he would say, "You girls come with me". Sometimes the girls would make out with each other during these encounters. The average incident would be where they would go up to EPSTEIN's massage room. EPSTEIN would take a shower or would have just gotten out of the shower. EPSTEIN would be nude and get on the massage table face down. Some girls would be talking or laughing; it was very casual. Early on, they did not really talk to . would be on "foot massaging duty" on EPSTEIN. wanted them to ignore her. MAXWELL would make out with other girls; she also taunted other girls. MAXWELL teased other girls, giggling and grabbing other girls' breasts, while directing another girl to get on top of EPSTEIN. MAXWELL was bossy; she would tell them all what to do. MAXWELL felt she had a big place in there; MAXWELL and EPSTEIN were a "power couple dynamic". stated, "You just do what you're told". stated, at first, everyone just took their clothes off except the underwear; clothes were just thrown on the ground. Other girls would massage EPSTEIN while MAXWELL directed the girls on what to do. Sometimes, this lasted a long time; it was very tedious. At first, they would be talking and massaging for a long time. It was casual; they would be massaging for EFTA00153708 approximately 30 minutes. Then, EPSTEIN decided when he was over just chatting; he would turn around and decide who he wanted to grab or have grab him or who he wanted to have sex with him. When was asked if she saw these encounters end in sex, hand jobs, oral sex, and EPSTEIN masturbating, said yes, all these incidents occurred. The older became, the more she saw while with EPSTEIN. There was a progression, which generally started with EPSTIEN masturbating then leading to sex observations eventually. This first started in Palm Beach; MAXWELL was present for these incidents. recalled an incident in New York that ended in full on sex; witnessed this. This incident occurred in EPSTEIN's massage room. , a blonde girl, two other girls at the end, EPSTEIN and MAXWELL were all present. EPSTEIN grabbed the blonde girl very forcefully and had sex with her; the girl did not hesitate. MAXWELL was there and did not stop it; she acted like it was normal. EPSTEIN never used protection. EPSTEIN pulled the girl onto him on the massage table. was not sure who the girl was. thought may have been present for this incident. After this incident, either went back to her room in EPSTEIN's house or was driven home; could not recall where she was staying. The first time went on EPSTEIN's private plane to New Mexico, it was just EPSTEIN and MAXWELL. They traveled there for a weekend and was somewhat ignored. EPSTEIN and MAXWELL had meetings and was told to go hiking. was not sure why they took her to New Mexico; thought that EPSTEIN wanted to impress her. At the time, did not care nor was she impressed. EPSTEIN would brag about his properties; he wanted to be a mentor. did not recall if MAXWELL had talked up the ranch. While was living in Florida, she did not need her license to fly. would tell her mother that she wanted to go and her mother would let her go. The first trip EPSTEIN wanted asked to go in, he asked her. Ordinarily, EPSTEIN to go, and she would ask her mother, but sometimes EPSTEIN would have a few of his assistants call. EFTA00153711 The first time flew on his private jet was to New York. Her first trip to New Mexico a driver picked her up at her house and drove to EPSTEIN's Palm Beach house. Once at his house they traveled to the airport together from there. is not sure who drove to the airport. She recalls that when they typically arrive at the airport they would drive right up to the plane. She recalls sitting in the back seat of the car with EPSTEIN. On at least one occasion EPSTEIN sat in the front of the car and was not driving, while MAXWELL sat in the back with her. Typically, EPSTEIN would just get out of the car and everyone was just expected to follow him. was then asked about flight records and her first flight on his private jet. thinks it was to New York, and several people were on this flight. is pretty sure that EPSTEIN's brother was on this flight, and maybe his mother. Others on the flight she didn't know. was then asked names of people that were on these flight records and if she recalls knowing them. Her answers were as follows: ? —yes Jeff Schantz? —no M? —yes...she was his ex-girlfriend and they stayed friends. EFTA00153712 met her a few times and is not sure if she was part of the massages. was then asked if she recalls the next private jet flight. She thinks that it was to New York. She thinks that the 3rd flight may have been to New Mexico. was asked if she remembers flying from New York to New Mexico to which she answers yes. There was a couple other people on the plane. The chef may have come with 2 other men possibly. was asked about the time that she flew to New Mexico with just EPSTEIN and MAXWELL, "could that have been from New York?". responds "yes". was asked if she remembers how she got to New York first. states she may have flown up from Florida to New York for the New Mexico trip. Although she is not totally sure of that. was asked about her first New Mexico trip and what activities she did. recalls there being horses around. She recalls going hiking. She remembers not doing too much and just sitting around mostly. She does not recall specific abuse that may have occurred. does no remember if EPSTEIN had a massage room in his New Mexico home but does he probably had one. was asked if she recalls any specific abuse that occurred in New Mexico and she states she is not sure. The EFTA00153713 place was dark and she does not recall much details of this location. If there was abuse that occurred there it wouldn't have been a group thing, but she cannot recall anything specific. had her own room in New Mexico. New Mexico was the foggy of memories for was asked if there was ever a time when EPSTEIN came into her room while in New Mexico and she responds "no". was asked if she remembers how she left New Mexico the first weekend she stayed there. says no but on at least one trip home from New Mexico she flew commercially. had to be driven to the airport. would have had to be home in time for school, she recalls travelling all day on Sunday. was asked about a flight that she took on a Friday in 1997 from New Jersey (Teterboro) to New Mexico. She is asked if she remembers leaving at the end of the weekend. She states that there was a driver who brought her to the airport. In New York recalls that EPSTEIN had a driver who was originally from Tibet. Her first trip to New York was to just go and have fun. This may have been the trip that she went to see the Lion King. There were some other persons on this flight who may have just been "catching a ride". On this first trip to New York MAXWELL and EPSTEIN picked out an outfit for her which was comprised of penny loafers, a Ralph Lauren sweater and plaid pants. EFTA00153714 was asked if she recalls a flight she took from Florida to New York on a Monday. She says that this doesn't stick out in her mind specifically. EPSTEIN did not typically want to miss school. is asked about a flight from New Mexico to Florida that she took in 2001. states that this is probably the last time she saw him. It was shortly after this that she had "that boyfriend". At the time she was living in Los Angeles. She may have had time off from work to be able to travel. would typically get a few weeks off from shooting for the TV show around holidays. EPSTEIN was coming to Los Angeles with a bunch of people and told she had to come with him on this trip. felt she was being treated as an adult that doesn't need to get involved anymore. MICHELLE was a friend o1 and they would all sometimes go out drinking together. MICHELLE introduced to the drink the White Russian. was involved in the sexual conduct with EPSTEIN. MICHELLE may have worked for EPSTEIN's company and not sure if she was involved in the abuse. took orders sexually from both EPSTEIN and MAXWELL. had very large, nice and impressive breasts that recalls seeing. This happened in either Florida or New York. MAXWELL tells she is told. what to do but is not exactly sure what is asked if MAXWELL would tell her what to do. thinks she may have coached or taught her what to do. is asked how specific were the instructions given to her. believes the instructions were given physically and not as much verbally. MAXWELL talked about her sexual interactions with other people but not about her sexual interactions with EPSTEIN. did not notice any sexual energy between EPSTEIN and MAXWELL. They seemed to be like partners in crime. MAXWELL in general would be direct, although cannot remember specifics. was asked about the New Mexico trips she took and if she recalls and specific abuse that occurred there to which she answers she does not remember. There may have been another incident in which a girl got upset or was apprehensive about getting involved with the massages. met HARVEY WEINSTEIN at a golden globes party while with EPSTEIN. EPSTEIN introduces to WEINSTEIN and states "hands off my girl". EPSTEIN and WEINSTEIN laugh. is asked about Interlochen, and how she turned 14 that summer that she met EPSTEIN while attending the academy. She is asked is it possible that she met EPSTEIN after she turned 14 to which she responds yes. states she based meeting him at 13 years old because it was the summer and she was at summer camp. Her birthday is in August and she thought that it was before her birthday. She was still living in Florida and still 14 years old when a fair amount of the abuse happened to her. At some point MAXWELL and EPSTEIN came to house prior to the abuse. While still 14 has the interaction with the photographer. is 14 when the group massage abuse happens involving MAXWELL. While still 14 the pace of things moved fairly quickly with EPSTEIN. touched EPSTEIN's penis right after the pool house visit. It started to be expected that something always will happen when would go to visit EPSTEIN. MAXWELL was usually present for this in the beginning. This house was in a gated community called "Bear Lakes". It was a 3-bedroom house. During the summer of 1994, 1995 and 1996 attended Interlochen summer camp. During the summer of 1997 she attended Tanglewood summer camp outside of Boston. The summer before her senior year (1998) spent all in New York. She was 17 going on 18 years old this summer. stayed in one of EPSTEIN's apartments during this summer. She also stayed in his mansion for a bit before moving into 45 Wall Street prior to her starting school. This summer it was her responsibility to find her and her other a place to stay. was not sure if EPSTEIN was going to pay for this apartment or not. She just looked for the cheapest place to live that had 2 bedrooms. Eventually tells EPSTEIN that she found an apartment. is not sure how she found this. She's not sure exactly who MAXWELL was talking to but she did make these calls.
