I spoke with
Not to alarm, and I don't know how this can be true, but per VSD Notification Report,
is the ONLY
person who received a notification.
I had some of the victims previously, and from memory I want
to say I had generated notification for her years ago. But my memory is tuning to pudding so I will check out
Sentinel for documented notification.
Potentially missing from VNS is the
VNS Contact Report - you can filter out the attorneys if you only want victims. I thought it may benefit
someone to know which victims' attorneys are receiving notification.

Thanks very much,
To the extent the FBI sent out notifications to victims regarding the meetings that the FBI
hosted in Florida and New York last year, we would be grateful if you could please check for those as well.
Thanks again,

Hi
- the FBI did not send out any VNS notifications; but did enter the names in preparation for them to
be went out once the arrest happened.
I will reach out to our VNS coordinator at HQ to see if they can identify which ones were sent out; and get back
to you.
Thanks

Hi
Would you be able to please check and see what, if any, VNS notifications FBI has sent out to the below-listed individuals?
My hope is that we can get copies of those prior notifications to provide to their counsel.
I will also check with
on our end.
Thanks,

Hey
>;
Following your telephone conversation with Brad, we double checked to determine which of our clients have already
received notification letters for eligibility for victims services. We were able to locate some that we did not believe we
had. We have separated the ones that we do not have into two different categories to make it easier for you.
EFTA00153833
The following individuals were identified in the NPA and have misplaced their original victim notification letter:
The following victims attended briefings and/or provided interviews. If any of them did not provide an interview and your
office requires an interview prior to receiving a victim notification letter from victim services, please let us know who and
we will arrange those.
We have several clients who did not attend a briefing and who have not been interviewed, but would provide an interview
that we can help set up at your convenience with the FBI and/or your office, whichever you think makes most sense under
the individual circumstances.
Thanks!

Thanks very much,
Brad and Brittany, would one or both of you be available for a call to discuss in the next couple days? Tomorrow is a bit
tight, but I'm available before 11am or after 5pm. Otherwise, I'm flexible Friday afternoon.

Hi Brittany - as per our conversation last week the FBI & SDNY did have a call yesterday regarding this request.
After the discussion the Prosecutors thought best that these requests be directed to them as it is still an open
investigation.
and
- below is the email that I referenced to yesterday. Please let me know if you need
me to assist with this moving forward.

I have included a list of clients we represent who I believe have all spoken with the FBI or were identified as victims in
the Non-Prosecution Agreement in 2007. Please let me know if any of these names are unfamiliar to you or if you are
unable to provide a victim notification letter for any of them.
