Thanks, From: Sent: Tuesday, January 26, 2021 2:07 PM To: Subject: Agents Getting BOP Inmate Calls/Emails Directly from the BOP--Please Check Under certain circumstances FBI agents and TFOs can obtain BOP inmate calls and emails directly from a BOP Intelligence Officer embedded at the ITTF. If this has happened in one of your cases, hopefully you know about EFTA00154189 it and have or will review them for disclosure purposes. In any event, ask your agents about this. (Note that emails obtained in this matter may not have had communications with attorneys screened out.) Further, to double-check, please take a look at the attached lists, which I obtained from the current BOP Intel Officer embedded at the JTTF, , and his predecessor, , to see if an inmate involved in one of your investigations is on the list. As to the time frame covered by these lists, started at the JTTF in 2017; his predecessor had retired in around 2015. Hopefully this covers everything of current interest.
