I am reaching out to see if you can help with the below? When you were sending out lettets do we have an accurate list of victims and the VS who assisted them in their AOR? Also we need to pull all emails / contacts to victims and their attorneys. Do we have that stored from the briefings ? Thanks in advance! From: Sent: Thursday, September 9, 2021 2:31:08 PM To: Subject: Re: Follow up to Epstein/Maxwell discussion Hi - VNS letters were not sent out to everyone so this idea would not reach everyone that was assisted. If letters were sent they went directly to their attorneys. We can start with sending an email directly to the VS that we know assisted ? From: Sent: Thursda , Se tember 9, 2021, 1:42 PM To: Subject: Follow up to Epstein/Maxwell discussion Hi and Following up on our chat this morning, I am proposing the following guidance. We can discuss again if you like. • Rather than sending an all-VS email to identify the VSs who worked with any victims: • Provide VSD (me) the associated case numbers (NY, MM, etc) • I will provide case its to the victim notification assistants (VNAs) and they can pull the VNS letters that were sent to victims. That would be considered documentation also, right? • The VNS letter will have the name of the VSs working with the victim(s), so that would generate a list of VSs to contact • We could also cross-check names of victims in Sentinel associated with the case its provided and on the VS monthly reports (VSATT) • If the above process doesn't generate the necessary information, I will send out an all-VS email. I am also going to notify HQ OGC about the request from USAO. Thoughts?
