Good Afternoon,
Just wanted to touch base on this request. The export process must be done on site. I was out sick most of the
week last week and will be in the office this Thursday to complete this request.

Hey
Can you please see if you are able to go into the VictimServices@fbi.gov mailbox and export just the Epstein
folder? Once it is a data file, zip and reply to this email thread (for SA
). Per below, the USAO are
requesting all our email communication with the victims. If this isn't an option, (which I think will work) we will
have to figure out how to get this email folder to the USAO.
Good luck,

Howdy,
>;
Yes, we have all victim and attorney communication in a folder in the VictimServices@fbi.gov mailbox and here
is the SharePoint page:
We did not track what VS worked with what VS (AOR) since they were not really leveraged. You answered
almost all the questions, and we only reached out to the AOR VS if we needed ALA assistance - if memory
serves me right.
Hope this helps,

Hi
- I hope you are well! I am reaching out to see if you can help with the below? When you were sending out lettets
do we have an accurate list of victims and the VS who assisted them in their AOR?
EFTA00154963
Also we need to pull all emails / contacts to victims and their attorneys. Do we have that stored from the briefings ?
Thanks in advance!

Hi
- VNS letters were not sent out to everyone so this idea would not reach everyone that was assisted.
If letters were sent they went directly to their attorneys.
We can start with sending an email directly to the VS that we know assisted ?

Hi
and
Following up on our chat this morning, I am proposing the following guidance. We can discuss
again if you like.
Rather than sending an all-VS email to identify the VSs who worked with any victims:
Provide VSD (me) the associated case numbers (NY, MM, etc)
I will provide case Us to the victim notification assistants (VNAs) and they can pull the VNS letters that were sent to
victims. That would be considered documentation also, right?
The VNS letter will have the name of the VSs working with the victim(s), so that would generate a list of VSs to contact
We could also cross-check names of victims in Sentinel associated with the case Us provided and on the VS monthly
reports (VSATT)
If the above process doesn't generate the necessary information, I will send out an all-VS email.
I am also going to notify HQ OGC about the request from USAO.
Thoughts?
Thanks,
