Sgt is currently assigned to and supervises the Palm Beach Police Department's Organized Crime, Vice & Narcotics Unit (Special Investigations). Det discussed with Sgt that the purpose of his trip to Palm Beach is to obtain from Sgt any and all outstanding records pertaining to any EPSTEIN/MAXWELL investigation conducted by Palm Beach Police Department (to include a 2001/2002 investigation into MAXWELL). -1 of 2- FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION Orricon. Moony • . . . ^ a ' Date of entry 10/15/2021 Sgt brings Det to the Town of Palm Beach's storage warehouse. Inside of this warehouse was a locked storage room specifically designated for the use of members of Special Investigations at Palm Beach Police Department. Sgt advises that he, other members of Special Investigations and the records clerk would have access to this locked room. Inside of this storage room is where Special Investigations stores old or closed case files. These case files are held inside of bankers boxes which marked on the outside with either the case name or number. Sgt then shows and turns over to Det bankers boxes specifically marked "Epstein". Each box contained various EPSTEIN related case materials (paperwork, news articles and physical media). Also inside of one of the boxes is a trash pull inside of a clear plastic envelope marked 11-6-06 (see attached). Sgt shows Det he remainder of this storage room and no other boxes were observed to be associated with this investigation. Det is brought back to Palm Beach Police Department's Special Investigations office. Sgt shows Det of this office where physical case files are maintained and stored. No materials related to this investigation were observed in this location. Sgt searches for materials related previous investigations of EPSTEIN/MAXWELL. Sgt urns over to Det multiple reports and digital notes (see attached) he finds in their case management system. Det ilillgrovides Sgt a subpoena (see attached) for all the materials provided. Sg proved Det property receipt (see attached) for the materials. At approximately 8:30 PM on 10/8/2021 Detective delivered these two bankers boxes to AUSA f SDNY at 1 Saint Andrews Plaza New York NY and relinquished custody for discovery purposes. At approximately 5:40 PM on 10/14/2021 Detective collected these two bankers boxes back from AUSA of SDNY at 1 Saint Andrews Plaza New York NY in order to submit them to FBI evidence. EFTA00155629
