On July 31st, 2019, at approximately 6:30pm, Special Agent (SA)
and SA
completed a thorough review and amended the
inventory related to two suitcases that were received by SA
Oh
07/11/2019 during the execution of a search warrant at 9 East 71st Street.
SA IIIIIII received (1) blue in color hard shell suitcase secured by
combination locks and (1) black in color canvas suitcase from RICHARD KAHN
(KAHN) on 07/11/2019. An original inventory had been documented by SA
and the suitcases secured at the Federal Bureau of Investigation
(FBI) New York Operations Center (NYOC).
SA
and SAIIIIIIllupon their review of the aforementioned suitcases
identified the following items:
Black Suitcase:
• (1) Black in color box containing loose diamonds (48 diamonds in total)
• (1) Jewelry box with assorted cash in U.S. currency and Euros to
include: (28-$1.00, 4-$5.00, 2-$10.00, 5-$20.00, 4-$100.00 totaling
$568.00 in U.S. currency, and $32 Euros)
• (4) Binders of various cd's
• (1) Yellow Envelope marked
dated 08/27/08 containing multiple
smaller envelopes containing assorted U.S. currency to include
(1) white envelope marked "$6,000 for 11111i' containing (5-$5.00,
4-520.00, 6-$10.00, 24-$100.00, 35-$50.00 totaling $4,315.00 and
(1) $100.00 American Express Traveler's check)
• (1) white envelope containing (55-$100.00 totaling $5,500.00)
• (1) white envelope marked "10,000" containing (73-$100.00 totaling
$7,300.00)
• (3) stacks of diamond certificates in rubber bands
• (1) Richard Mille watch
Blue Suitcase:
• (2) Binders containing cd's

• (1) Black wallet containing an AT&T corporate card in the name "Wexner
Investment Co" card #842 167 8887 9075
• (1) Brown in color case containing various assorted jewelry
• (1) Black in color box containing (1) F.P. Journe Watch
• (1) Large white envelope containing assorted U.S. currency to include
(5) banded stacks of $10,000.00 in U.S. currency totaling $50,000.00
• (1) Small white Chase envelope containing assorted U.S. currency to
include 44-$100.00 totaling $4,400.00
• (2) Cuff links (breasts)
• (2) Grey in color Tiffany & Co. boxes containing gold in color cuff
links
• (2) Presidential seal cuff links
• (1) Red in color wallet containing $600 Evros
• (1) Center fed opening black in color box containing gold colored cuff
links
• (1) purple in color box containing (1) large square clear stone ring
• (1) dice (singular not pair) in a red in color bag
• (2) black in color hard drives
• (1) Circular Christopher Simpson brown wooden box with red in color felt
containing gold in color cuff links
• (1) Mappin & Webb dark brown in color box with letter "A" cuff links
• (1) Tateossian London black in color box containing clock cuff links
• (1) Purdey black in color box with green in color bird cuff links
• (1) Silver plated circular box containing (2) gold colored rings
It should be noted that SA
handwritten inventory that was
completed on 07/11/2019 indicated a "Book of cd's" located at the bottom of
the page on the inventory for the blue suitcase. Upon review of the
suitcase's contents and discussion with SA
it was determined that
the aforementioned item was made in error and was not located in either
suitcase. SA
advised the writer that it was possible during the
initial inventory of the suitcases she duplicated the entry as items were
being called out by the inspecting agents.
SA
initial inventory for the blue suitcase also referenced an
Austrian passport listed in Jeffrey Epstein's name. The information was also

inaccurate and should reflect that the listed name on the passport was
"Marius Robert Fortelni" but displayed a black and white photo of Jeffrey
Epstein.
