Discussed logistics for trial. SDNY USAO offered to buy LV lunch for day of trial testimony.
Showed LV the August 14, 2020 declaration in Doe v. Indyke, 2020 Civ. 484 (JGK). LV
recalled signing this affidavit in lieu of having to give a deposition in the civil case.
Showed LV attached document (LM 000113) and asked LV if he recalled this transaction. LV
explained as follows:
•
Air Ghislaine was a company that LV believes JE created to own helicopters. LV
understood it was JE's company.
•
LV does not know anything about the financials for this helicopter purchase. Does not
know where the money came from.
•
LV recalls going up to CT to complete the sale of this helicopter in 2007. LV believes JE
and Darren Indyke went with him to CT for this sale. LV recalls discussing this purchase
with JE and Darren Indyke.
•
Chris Shurkus was the sales coordinator for Sikorsky, which was the company selling the
helicopter to JE.
•
This was the first Sikorsky helicopter JE purchased (but not the first helicopter he ever
bought, just the first Sikorsky)
Prepared for trial testimony. LV's new/clarifying/corrected statements below:
•
When flying out of PBI between 1994 and 2004, LV recalls that JE's passengers would
drive onto the tarmac up to the plane. LV could see the driver of the car from inside the
plane.
o LV recalls Juan Alessi (who was the houseman at PB house) driving JE's
passengers up to the plane between 1994 through early 2000s.
o LV recalls Janusz (who later became the house man in PB) also driving
passengers to PBI.
o LV recalls Igor (JE's security/personal trainer) driving passengers to PBI.
•
JE was approximately 37 years old when LV started working for him in 1991
•
LV recalls seeing

LV did not know how old
