They are the ones that order the transcript from the court at the end of each court day. and ill be in attendance every day at the trial so they can certainly alert you if something comes up regar ing UK/London. As of right now the expectation is tha testimony will be the only time UK/London comes up. There may be one or two corroborating witness' who speak about London/UK also, but the bulk of that testimony will be fronl You are more than welcome to send someone over but I don't think that's a good idea as I can't guarantee that we can get your representative into the courtroom. COVID restrictions will severely limit the number of people allowed into the courtroom and we even have concern's that our personnel may not be able to get in. The jury will be picked the week of Nov 15th with the trial starting on Nov 29th and lasting until about Dec 23rd. I'll get back to you about the transcript once I hear from the US Attorneys Office. I'm not sure if away. told you but he is away for three months from next week and I'll be taking over this case whilst he's When the Maxwell trial starts, I was wondering if we might be allowed access to the daily court transcripts so we can follow progress here? Alternatively, would someone on your investigation be able to alert us if any mention is made of London or the UK on a daily basis? Our third option may be to send someone over to watch the trial in person. I'm guessing there'll be public access but do you think the amount of people trying to get in each day will exceed the room in the court? The reason I ask is that we want to keep on top of proceedings here so that we can be proactive around any new mention of London / UK that we weren't aware of, rather than reacting to our daily media headlines. Finally, are you able to send me a list of scheduled dates for the case. I know there's a hearing on Monday but any other listed dates. I know you'll be extremely busy with this case and others and your help is greatly appreciated. Regards Detective Chief Superintendent Central Specialist Crime Mobil Address Cobalt Square.
