Prior to being chief captain, Visoski was a captain for Epstein and Dave Rodgers was chief captain. Visoski has been employed as chief captain for approximately two years. He replaced Rogers as chief captain because, Epstein preferred Visoski's communication skills and flying techniques. Prior to his employment with Epstein; Visoski worked as a pilot for Glimcher Real Estate Developer located in Columbus, Ohio. Glimcher was based next door to the Limited Corporation, owned by Leslie Wexner, Epstein's good friend. Visoski stated that Epstein's primary residence is located in the U.S. Virgin Islands (U.S.V.I.) and utilizes his ranch in New Mexico as a vacation retreat, four or five times a year. Epstein has not been to his Palm Beach residence since some time in 2005, due to the damage of the residence after hurricane Wilma. On a regular basis, Epstein travels to his New York office/residence, Monday through Wednesday. When traveling to the USVI, the pilots stay at the Marriot, Frenchmans Reef or Holiday Inn Express in St. Thomas. After arriving in the U.S.V.I., Epstein travels to his island by helicopter or boat. The primary item that Epstein request to be on his aircraft is Evian water. Visoski has never seen Epstein with a girlfriend or known him to be romantically involved with anyone. The flight arrangements were usually set up by , who would call Visoski and provide flight dates, It, and trave location. On occasion, Visoski would get a call directly from Epstein or Ghislaine Maxwell. Prior to the departure of every flight, the captain of the flight filled out the flight manifest log and aircraft log. The individual flight captain is usually rotated between pilots. The manifests are faxed to Lauren in the New York office every two to three weeks. The aircraft logs are turned in on an annual basis. Visoski stated he provided the 2005 flight manifest and Dave Rogers provided the 2004, which were requested in the issued grand jury subpoena. Visoski described Epstein as having obtained his wealth from managing money. Epstein has a successful business relationship with Leslie Wexner. Visoski defined Ghislaine Maxwell as Epstein's best friend. In addition to Visoski's flight duties, he provided Epstein with advice on home entertainment centers and vehicles. Visoski installed a home theater system in Epstein's Palm Beach residence and his ranch in New Mexico. The palm beach residence has rooms identified by individual color. Visoski recalled the green room, blue room and pink room. In addition, in Palm Beach, Epstein currently owns a black Chevrolet Suburban, three black Mercedes Benz, a turquoise Harley Davidson, and a 1972-chopper motorcycle. Visoski has heard that Epstein is provided two massages a day. When asked whom Visoski heard that from, he responded by stating it is just rumored that he gets two a day. After being advised of the identity of the interviewing agents and purpose of the interview, Mullen voluntarily provided the following information: Mullen was formerly employed as a chef at Daniel, a four star restaurant in New York, New York. He was also formerly employed as a chef by Jeffrey Epstein. Mullen was seeking employment and obtained the opportunity for employment with Epstein from a headhunter. Mullen's pre-employment interview for the position was conducted by Epstein and Ghislaine.Maxwell approximately three years ago. Mullen was employed by Epstein for approximately one year and five months before he sought employment elsewhere. Mullen signed a confidentiality clause at the termination of his employment with Epstein. Mullen worked at Epstein's New York residence and was on stand-by to travel at request. He prepared meals for Epstein's guests more frequently than he prepared meals for Epstein. Epstein's favorite food item was a toasted peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Mullen was responsible for keeping food available on the various properties where Epstein traveled. One item that Mullen was required to have available at all times was Eli's seven grain bread purchased from 63rd or 65th Street in New York. Mullen used Epstein's vehicles, including a Mercedes Benz and a Chevrolet Suburban, to obtain food as needed for preparation at Epstein's Palm Beach, Florida residence. Epstein provided Mullen with a residence located at 301 East 66th Street, Apartment 317, New York, New York, as a component of Mullen's salary. Mullen traveled frequently with Epstein to his properties in Palm Beach, Florida, the U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI), New Mexico and New York. Mullen also traveled to Paris, France with Epstein. Epstein owned a Gulf stream aircraft and a larger Boeing 727 aircraft. The Boeing 727 had a kitchen onboard that Mullen used to prepare food for Epstein and his guests. During Mullen's travels, the most notable guests to travel on Epstein's aircraft were John Kerry and Aaron Barak. Mullen believed most of the females were from Spain or Russia and were 18 years of age or older, although some of their ages were questionable. Several of the females lived in the apartment building located at 301 East 66th Street, New York, New York. Mullen believed the females traveled with Epstein so they could be associated with a person of wealth. The majority of the females were aspiring models who met Epstein through Jean Luc and his modeling agency. Epstein was controlling toward the females and would not allow them to associate with other individuals. Mullen described the women as "not very bright" referring to their intelligence. Mullen estimated that approximately four or five teenaged females would visit Epstein's Palm Beach residence daily. Sometimes the females at the residence would go upstairs with Epstein and sometimes they would gather and talk in the living room area. Mullen was aware that Epstein received massages every day. In addition to massages provided by massage therapists (masseuses), local teenaged females also gave Epstein massages. Mullen explained that it was easy to distinguish between the masseuses and the local teenaged females based on their appearance and demeanor. Mullen was unaware of what occurred between the teenaged females and Epstein behind closed doors, but opined that Epstein was receiving more than just massages based on the number of teenaged females that were going upstairs with him. Miles Alexander manages Epstein's St. Thomas, USVI property. Epstein travels to St. Thomas on his private aircraft and then takes a helicopter to his property. He also owns a four- engine speed boat he purchased at auction. The boat is used as a pleasure craft and is also used as a shuttle for Epstein's staff. Len LNU and Jojo LNU, a Filipino couple, manage Epstein's New York residence.. Len and Jojo may reside in the 301 East 66th Street apartment building. Richard Barnett is'responsible for security at Epstein's New York residence. On one occasion, Barnett gave Mullen a tour of Epstein's New York residence which Mullen believed was a former high school. Bryce LNU and Karen LNU are the property managers of Epstein's New Mexico ranch located near Santa Fe. Mullen recalled a Russian man named Yohan (phonetic) LNU who worked at Epstein's Palm Beach residence. Epstein also had a cleaning crew for the Palm Beach residence but Mullen was unaware of the crew member's names.
