The thumbdrive in that binder was given to the DAG by Jimmy on 6/5 but ODAG cannot locate in the time-pressed day they have received orders to prepare for release. Although they will not released sealed photos, we are proceeding with providing them digital contents of the binder in two categories - sealed and unsealed, as the Director asked.
