Can we advise the requester that the investigation is pending? 2a. If we advise the requester of the pending status will this jeopardize your investigation? 3. Is there any public source material contained in the investigative file? 4. Has the subject been interviewed? Application of B7A (law enforcement exemption) will only apply as long as the investigation is pending.
