Captioned matter was initiated in July 2006 after the Palm
Beach Police Department (PBPD) requested the assistance of the FBI. PBPD
reported that they had an ongoing investigation regarding EPSTEIN procuring
underage girls from local high schools to perform massages and sexual acts
at his residence.
