Welcome back from your vacation. Attached please find a copy of the statement of facts submitted by Cassell,
with interlineations, additions, and other edits taken from your October 28, 2010 redlined version. If this is
accurate, I will forward it to Cassell.
While you were away, Cassell balked at having a meeting with the Executive Division until we had an agreed
statement of facts.
I told him I could not understand why that mattered, but we would try to accommodate
them. Cassell and I spoke this morning. He and Brad will be free to meet in Miami on or after December 2.
