As a result of denial of these rights and conduct of Epstein, victims suffered real harm and were unfairly labeled. 4. Acknowledgement of wrongdoing and sincere regret 5. List of steps taken to avoid this happening in the future. I think this letter only satisfies (1) and possibly (5).
