Brief recitation of essential facts. Make clear that victims were not prostitutes/complicit. 2. Acknowledgement that right to confer/reasonable notice/rt to fairness were violated in process 3. As a result of denial of these rights and conduct of Epstein, victims suffered real harm and were unfairly labeled. 4. Acknowledgement of wrongdoing and sincere regret 5. List of steps taken to avoid this happening in the future. I think this letter only satisfies (1) and possibly (5).
