Both are attached. The first requires briefing by April 22nd on what role, if any, the intervenors should play in the mediation. The second relates to the mediation and requires both parties to make settlement attempts before the actual mediation and submit statements and documents to the court before the mediation. Can we do a conference call tomorrow to discuss how we want to approach these tasks? I will be around all day but have an errand to run over lunch, so morning might be better than afternoon.
