I am just sitting at my desk in WPB right now. Assistant U.S. Attorney 500 S. Australian Ave, Suite 400 West Palm Beach. FL 33401 Phone Fax From: KATHERINE W. I believe she is hoping to be cleared to join the office in June and eventually would like to work in whatever you call the area this case would fall in. (Sorry, I am blanking at this point.) I will forward this to her so that she can be more specific. Will you still be transferring to Broward to handle the new section there? I do not know of any HIV test. I don't know whether that is required when you are convicted of one of these offenses and/or when you go to the Palm Beach County Jail. When is Evelyn joining the office? Do you know what section she will be joining? Assistant U.S. Attorney 500 S. Australian Ave, Suite 400 West Palm Beach, FL 33401 Phone Fax From: KATHERINE W. EZELL [mailto: Sent: Wednesday, April 22, 2009 6:35 PM To: . (USAFLS); Subject: Question Bob and Evelyn Sheehan, one of our colleagues working on the case who will soon be an AUSA, met with SA McAuliffe, ASA Barbara Bums and Chief ASA Paul Zacks on Monday. Amy and I were out of town but look forward to further EFTA00212044 meetings to review evidence soon. One very surprising issue came up—whether JE had an HIV test, and, if so, what the results were. None of us can imagine: 1) that he would not have been required to have one; and 2) that, if he were positive, the victims wouldn't have been required to be notified. Do you have any knowledge/recollection about this issue? Otherwise, hope all is well. kathy EFTA00212045
