To assist her in this process, she asked if we could produce the following: (1) documents such as memos or e-mails which show the decisional process for determining whether this Office should enter into the Non-Prosecution Agreement with Epstein. This would include opposing views within the office, as well as supporting views; and (2) documents showing whether the FBI was, or was not, made aware of the negotiations with Epstein regarding the Non-Prosecution Agreement. =claims the FBI was kept completely out of the process.
