From: To: Subject: Re: Cassell's December 10, 2010 letter Date: Thu, 16 Dec 2010 10:44:59 +0000 Importance: Normal HaMli am having this morning so I won't be back in the office until this afternoon but I will tell my assistant where the letter is on my desk and see if she can do it this morning. If she can't find it, I will do it as soon as I am back. Did you talk to Cassell about an extension of time? I think we should file the motion this time. From: USAFLS) Sent‘i nber 15, 2010 10:25 PM To: a. (USAFLS) Subject: Cassell's December 10, 2010 letter Before I left on Tuesday, I scanned Cassell's letter requesting an investigation into the Epstein case, and copied it into my thumb drive. My intention was to attach the letter to the e-mails I was going to send to OPR and EOUSA General Counsel. I've tried six different computers at the NAC, and none of them will open my thumb drive. Without the letter, I cannot send the e-mails. Can you scan Cassell's letter and e-mail it to me? I can copy it to the desktop and send it by e-mail. Thanks. EFTA00212213
