MOTION TO SEAL APPENDIX TO UNITED STATES' RESPONSE IN OPPOSITION TO PETITIONERS' MOTION TO USE CORRESPONDENCE TO PROVE VIOLATIONS OF THE CRIME VICTIMS' RIGHTS ACT AND TO HAVE THEIR UNREDACTED PLEADINGS UNSEALED The United States of America, by and through the undersigned Assistant United States Attorney, hereby moves to seal its Appendix to its Response in Opposition to Petitioners' Motion to Use Correspondence to Prove Violations of the Crime Victims' Rights Act and to Have Their Unredacted Pleadings Unsealed, which is filed herewith. The Appendix contains portions of two documents that are currently subject to a Court Order requiring said documents to be maintained under seal until a third party shall be given notice and the opportunity to intervene. In accordance with that Court's Order, the United States moves to seal its Appendix until the Court determines whether to maintain said limitation on the use of such EFTA00212739 documents.
