Actually, I need to apologize because I am now hoping that we can push the appearance back a week or two. As I previously mentioned, I have a court appearance the following day, but the truth is, that is really not a good day for me in general—I also have a brief due in the Second Circuit on the 3rd and, on a person note, July 1st happens to be my birthday, and, all things being equal, I would prefer to spend it with my family. I do not expect that as an FBI I.D. No. or an alias, but if she does, please include those. If I receive approval for immunity, would you consider meeting with me and the agents in New York next week rather than traveling to Florida on July 1st for the grand *u ?
