Alex - given Ken's schedule due to the funeral this
week and my own travel schedule, the best time for us
to talk over the weekend is Sunday evening. If that
works for you, please let me know. If it doesn't, I
can arrange my schedule to speak on Saturday afternoon.
I know, however, that Ken would like to participate if
he can.
Also, I wanted to know if you had any thoughts
regarding scheduling issues and the notification we
need to make to the state court judge.
