That was the date that relayed to but I spoke to Jack Goldberger yesterday and he said that there is no date set at all. Epstein and his counsel are required to use their best efforts to secure a change of plea and sentencing by a date that has long since passed, so I am trying to determine the cause of the delay, especially since Judge McSorley is certainly in town.
