He is concerned about what it means for conflicts in the future. So, they want a "special master" to pick the attorney — of course, we will be picking the special master, so what is the difference? And we will be submitting the possible attorneys to the special master, too. Anyhow, Jay hasn't called me yet to discuss this issue. He may not want to do the special master thing, because it means disclosing all of this to the master and to several other firms to run conflicts checks, etc. I will talk to him tomorrow morning and try to get this figured out.
