Hi
— Thank you for the info. With respect to the meeting, I would still apply for and obtain the
immunity letter from the Justice Department and get an order from the Court compelling the testimony and
information before we sat down, i.e., she would still have full immunity.

Thanks for the effort to find an alternative, but unfortunately June 24th would not work, and as you surmise, I would not feel
comfortable with a queen-for-a-day or similar arrangement. We will have to go forward on the 1st. Here is the information
you requested, to the extent that I have it:

Place of Birth:

Hi
normal.
— Normally that would be perfectly fine with me, but nothing about this investigation has been
July 1st is a very important deadline for us, that is why I was hoping we might be able to do a sitdown next
week, rather than wait until the 15t, so I would have the information regarding
before the 1st. And we
are willing to meet in the evenings or even over the weekend to make it as convenient for you and
as
possible. If you don't feel comfortable with that, I can try to push the paperwork through so that it is in place
by this Tuesday (the 24th). I really apologize that I can't be more helpful.

No need to apologize. Actually, I need to apologize because I am now hoping that we can push the appearance back a
week or two. As I previously mentioned, I have a court appearance the following day, but the truth is, that is really not a
good day for me in general—I also have a brief due in the Second Circuit on the 3rd and, on a person note, July 1st
happens to be my birthday, and, all things being equal, I would prefer to spend it with my family. Please let me know if
you can accomodate this request. Thanks.

Dear Mr.
If we go forward with the grand jury rather than meeting in New York, I will make certain that you are
finished by the early afternoon on July 1st.
Thank you.

Dear Ms.
I have a call in to Ms.
for the requested information. I will contact you once I have it.
One concern: I have an appearance in New York State court on Wednesday morning, July 2nd. Will we be able to
wrap things up in one day, or would it make sense to pick another date? Let me know what you think. Thanks,

Dear
I have attached the revised grand jury subpoena along with the list of documents and items that I am
hoping Ms.
can bring with her to the grand jury. I have put =as
the time for the appearance,
but our grand jury coordinator will give us a more specific time when we are closer to the date.
I also am preparing the paperwork requesting immunity, and I need to include the following information:
Birth Date of Witness:
FBI I.D. No.:
Birthplace:
Social Security No.:
Alias:
Address of Witness:
I think we will need the same information to do the travel expense authorization, and I would ask that
you provide that information to me at your earliest convenience. I do not expect that Ms.
has an
FBI I.D. No. or an alias, but if she does, please include those.
If I receive approval for immunity, would you consider meeting with me and the agents in New York next
week rather than traveling to Florida on July 1st for the grand jury
' ayl t are amenable to that
suggestion, please let me know what days and times you and Ms.
are available.
Thank you for your assistance.
