Hope your day in Court in Miami went well. Assume you
receive the ethics opinion. Very odd. Hardly came close to the issue.
After about the 3rd read I decided the counsel was really baffled and
just took a scatter-shot approach hoping something might fit. Here's my
draft response, which Amy and Bob are also seeing for the first time. I
