Yes, I requested it from Eisenberg. He wrote back telling me that "since the case is closed, I no longer have the statement.
I'm sure you can order another copy. The reporter is Consor and Associates". So, I requested it from Bob Critton Epstein's
current atty) and he gave me the transcript. Since I have the transcript, and it will be a long way out before
deposition
is finally taken, then I am not in any huge rush to get the video. Do I need to do anything more to expedite a FOIA request or
if my email enough? I am sony to still be bothering you with this, but as you can imagine Epstein is taking the 5th on literally
everything, so we are getting nothing from him. We have sent interrogatories, requests for production and requests for
admissions and he has taken the 5th on everything. He won't give us one name of any possible witnesses and not one one
single document. In fact, I have him set for deposition but we have already been told that he is only answering his name and
current address and taking the 5th on everything else. So, please, let me know what, if anything else, I need to do to make a
FOIA request for the video. Thanks
Brad

Hi Brad — Sony. I have been out of town. Have you asked Ms.
former attorney (Jim Eisenberg)? We
gave him a copy of the DVD. And I know that Epstein's lawyers have a copy because one of them mentioned
reviewing it. It just may be faster because I have to submit your letter as a FOIA request, which may take a long
time to get processed.
Thanks.

I recently sent you a request for
sworn statement because I was having trouble getting it from Epstein's
attorneys. They finally sent me the transcript, so you can ignore my request. I believe it was videotaped though, so if you
happen to have a copy of the videotaped version, I would appreciate it. If not, no big deal. Thanks
Brad

Not exactly. Mr. Epstein is only supposed to go directly from jail to work and back. If he deviates from that
route, right now no alarms will go off unless, during that deviation, he enters an exclusionary zone. If, for
example, his driver breaks the rules and takes him for a tour of Royal Palm Beach while en route to Mr.
Goldberger's office, and that tour takes him near one of the programmed addresses, the alarm will go off. I don't
know what the radius is for the exclusionary zone, but, if the alarm were to go off, Mr. Epstein would know that
he is near one of the prohibited places, but wouldn't know whose address it was and whether the address was
their home, place of work, or place of study.
If you need more detail, I will need to reach out to Captain =,
and I am happy to do so.
Thank you.

If I understand you, Epstein will know "the exclusionary zone" - he has to know it in order to stay away from it - but he won't know
whose home, office, or hangout it is. Am I correct ?

Dear Messrs. Josefsberg, Edwards, Scarola, Herman, Kuvin, Dutko, and Willits and Ms. Ezell:
Ms. Ezell contacted me to inquire whether Mr. Epstein will be told of the names or addresses of any victims who ask to be added to Mr.
Epstein's "exclusionary zones" on his GPS system. Captain
from the Palm Beach Sheriff's Office informs me that the
information will remain confidential and will not be provided to Mr. Epstein.
Captain
has asked that all such requests go through me rather than directly to him. If any of your clients would like to have their
work, school, or home addresses added to the list of exclusionary zones, please let me know.
Thank you.
