I am still reading through documents too. The amount of paperwork continues
to grow exponentially. Critton claims that only victims who are still minors
can proceed under 2255 (as well as the defendant has to have been convicted
criminally prior to a plaintiff being able to sue him under 2255)!

Hi guys -- I actually just left a voicemail for
to follow up on my
conversation with Evelyn from last week.
I read this through briefly when it was first filed and noted the "there
must be a criminal conviction" argument. I will study it in more detail
when I get the hard copy. I am trying to go through everyone's filings. I
can't believe how much paper is getting filed. I don't really have a
secretary, so keeping up is impossible.
In this case (Jane Doe 101), did you only file a 2255 claim or did you file
other claims?
Thanks.

,
asked that I send this to you. I am fed-exing a copy with
exhibits. I confess that I have not studied it yet--tonight I will.
says it is amazing-- that he is totally challenging/disregarding/
rejecting the NPA. He asks that you call him, Amy or me when you have had a
chance to review it.
