Hi
I am going to file our response to the Judge's order tonight. Since we aren't a party I can't a-file.
Since we
are filing
this at court's request, I was thinking of filing
a notice to appear as amicus in the low-numbered case which
I think will let me e-file
and, if
I understand Judge Marra's Order, it also will result in service on all of the
plaintiff's
lawyers. Do you think that will work or should we just do traditional
(paper) filing?
