I. Documentation related to the ownership of the property located at Palm Beach, Florida, including the purchase agreement and any mortgages, liens, or other encumbrances. 2. Documentation related to the ownership of Gulfstream Aircraft N909JE, Model G1 1 59B, and Boeing Aircraft N908JE, Model 727-31, including purchase information, lease agreements, liens or other encumbrances, and payments for maintenance and storage. 3. All documents and information provided to the Palm Beach County State Attorney's Office in connection with its investigation of Mr. Epstein. 4. Bank information, account numbers, bank statements and billing statements for any bank accounts and/or credit cards used by Mr. Epstein (or any of his employees) to pay for Mr. Epstein's personal expenses, from January 1, 2004 to the present. 1. Information and billing statements for any "land lines," cellular telephones, Blackberry units, e- mail addresses, e li nd all of his personal assistants (including but not limited to and from January 1, 2004 to the present. • 2. For persons in his employ at any time from January 1, 2004 to the present, employment and/or separation agreements between Mt Epstein (or his company) and his personal assistants, EFTA00221061 airplane pilots, personal chefs, and for anyone who worked at 358 El Brillo Way, Palm Beach, Florida. 5. The names and contact information of all persons who performed "massage services" for Mr. Epstein at Palm Beach, Florida or at his residences in New Albany, Ohio, Little St. James, ., and New York, NY; and documentation of payments made to or gifts given to any such persons. 6. Wage and earnings statements and other tax documents for all individuals referenced in items (8) and (9), supra . 7. Mr. Epstein's tax returns for 2004 and 2005. 8. From January 1, 2004, to the present, flight manifests and passenger lists for travel via Gulfstream Aircraft N909JE, Model G1159B and Boeing Aircraft N908JE, Model 727-31 (to the extent not already provided). 9. Documentation regarding any other interstate or international travel undertaken by Mr. Epstein from January I, 2004, to the present, including but not limited to airplane tickets, car rental records, and hotel receipts.
