As per your request, I have enclosed a copy of the Final Notification of Identified Victims that
was provided to Mr. Epstein's counsel on July 10, 2008. After you have reviewed the document, please
feel free to call me with any questions. I also would request that you destroy the document after your
review because it contains the full names of victims of child sex abuse.
We also discussed a victim currently represented by Brad Edwards, Esq., with the initials M.
M. was identified via the Palm Beach Police Department investigation, but I believe that she refused to
be interviewed by your detectives. Although the federal investigators and I consider M. to be a victim,
for a series of reasons, her name is not included on this list because she was not someone whom the
United States was prepared to name in an indictment as a victim of an enumerated offense.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call.
