U.S. Department of Justice United States Attorney Southern District of Florida 500 South Australian Ave., Suite 400 West Palm Beach, FL 33401 Facsimile: July 30, 2008 VIA UNITED STATES MAIL Palm Beach Police Department 345 South County Road Palm Beach, FL 33480 Re: Jeffrey Epstein Victims Dear As per your request, I have enclosed a copy of the Final Notification of Identified Victims that was provided to Mr. Epstein's counsel on July 10, 2008. After you have reviewed the document, please feel free to call me with any questions. I also would request that you destroy the document after your review because it contains the full names of victims of child sex abuse. We also discussed a victim currently represented by Brad Edwards, Esq., with the initials M. M. was identified via the Palm Beach Police Department investigation, but I believe that she refused to be interviewed by your detectives. Although the federal investigators and I consider M. to be a victim, for a series of reasons, her name is not included on this list because she was not someone whom the United States was prepared to name in an indictment as a victim of an enumerated offense. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call. Sincerely, R. Alexander Acosta United States Attorney By: Assistant United States Attorney Enclosure EFTA00229726
